AND OUR ACTIONS
In 2020, we had a Gender equality index at 83%. In addition to actions in favour of parenthood (regular teleworking, rearrangement of working hours, etc.), Sqorus is committed to providing equal treatment between men and women in terms of recruitment, career progression and pay.
In 2020, 18% of our employees were promoted, in which 45% were women and 35% were women in managerial positions.
As a company, Sqorus plays an important role in raising awareness of gender stereotypes and biases, with the intervention of speakers on these subjects.
