Introduce yourself in a few lines
I started my career in a large international consulting firm. I then wanted to work in a smaller company in order to find a closer working relationship between colleagues.
A little over 3 years ago, I joined the Finance & Business Transformation division of SQORUS as a Manager. I am particularly involved in the following offers AMOA Finance.
In this context, I am in charge of offers on the regulatory part as well as on the IFRS for example, as well as the organizational part with the fast close (project to reduce the time required for closing accounts) or the e-commerce part with thee-Payment (support on projects related to the implementation of PSP: payment service provider).
What made you decide to join SQORUS?
After my first experiences in the consulting world, I was keen to join a company that puts people, innovation and internationalism first. I found at SQORUS:

What is your job?
In summary, my job consists of:
- To accompany the consultants in their evolution, their professional trajectory and to give them the means to achieve it.
- To accompany financial departments and IT departments in their digital and business transformation, on regulatory changes and their impact on the Finance IS, to help them choose the right solutions or to assist them in the transformation of processes and change management.
- To unleash the energies of the teams to create a friendly work atmosphere, realistic and innovative value offers. In short, to make things possible for our consultants and our clients.
What skills have you developed through this experience?
Thanks to SQORUS, I discovered the world of insurance when I was coming from the world of industry and services. I was asked to work on the construction of new offers, to participate in the construction of the SQORUS strategy on the 21-24 plan.
Are you involved in the life of the company?
Each employee can be an actor in the life of the company, for my part, I participate in the following points:
- Internal workshops on the company’s processes and their improvement
- Layout of the premises
- Organization of afterwork and board game evenings (one of my passions!).
How do you participate in the development of your business?
Each consultant participates in business development to a greater or lesser degree: offer, commercial proposal, expansion, publisher partnership, etc.
As a manager, we drive proposal writing with the sales and consulting teams, and we work daily with our teams to improve our offerings and create new ones.
What advice would you give to people wishing to enter this profession?
A junior consultant has all the chances to succeed by showing enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity, while not neglecting the method.
