Orange Business Services is the integrator of the Orange Group providing telecommunication and IT services for companies in France and worldwide.
THE PROJECT
Deployed in 2013 on 7 major entities of Orange Business Services, all the functionalities of the Talentsoft Recruitment module were not used and known by the solution’s users.
THE OBJECTIVE: to carry out an audit of the recruitment module

MAIFis a French mutual insurance company with over 7,000 employees in France.
THE PROJECT
The challenge was to be able to offer a single process adapted to the needs of all the group’s players, capable of incorporating all the previous year’s evaluations, carried out on the old group solution. The deployment of the Talentsoft Performance Module had to be carried out without disrupting the recruitment processes used until now.
