SQORUS joins the Best Workplace for Women\u00ae 2023 for the 4th year running among 35 French companies. Great Place To Work\u00ae defined this list by taking into account three aspects: the representation of women in the organization and in management positions, their perception in the Trust Index\u00a9 and the practices implemented by the organization in terms ofprofessional equality.<\/p>\n

To be recognized by Great Place To Work\u00ae France as a Best Workplace For Women\u00ae<\/a>, an organization must :<\/p>\n

Be part of the Best Workplaces\u00ae France 2023 ranking<\/h3>\n

It distinguishes the best organizations recognized as “great places to work”.<\/p>\n

SQORUS is present in the Best Workplaces\u00ae France ranking for the 9th consecutive year in 2023, in 4th place.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It must also set an example in three areas<\/h3>\n

1. Women’s representation<\/h4>\n

A Best Workplace For Women must include at least 33% women in its overall workforce and among its managers.<\/p>\n

At SQORUS, women represent 41% of our workforce. Forty-two percent of women hold managerial positions at the group level and 36% are members of the executive committee.<\/p>\n

2. Women’s perception<\/h4>\n

Women’s perception, based on their responses to the Trust Index\u00ae survey, a questionnaire evaluating the employee experience: a Best Workplaces For Women must have at least 70% positive responses from female employees on the entire survey – particularly on the questions making up the “Parity Index”.<\/p>\n

3. Equal opportunity practices implemented by the organization<\/h4>\n

In addition to actions in favor of parenthood (regular telecommuting, flexible working hours, etc.), SQORUS is committed to equal treatment for men and women in terms of hiring, career advancement and compensation.<\/p>\n

Our determination to challenge ourselves, and our presence in the Palmar\u00e8s for this 4th year, reflect our ambition to promote the place of women in the company at all levels, and more specifically in positions of responsibility. Our partnership with the Association Femmes Ing\u00e9nieures is another milestone reached in 2023, and new actions are planned in the months and years to come to remain a Best Workplace for Women.<\/p>\n

The Best Workplaces For Women 2023\u00ae: who are they?<\/h2>\n

Faced with the urgent need to work against gender disparity, Best Workplaces For Women\u00ae have recognized the role they have to play in building a better, more inclusive world. They embody the themes of diversity and inclusion, helping to move the needle with an impact that goes far beyond the boundaries of their offices, factories, warehouses or stores.<\/p>\n

These organizations have put in place concrete, innovative and sustainable practices around themes as diverse as parenthood, recruitment, the feminization of professions traditionally under-represented by women, equal pay, empowerment and the creation of role models.<\/p>\n

In 2023, the Best Workplace For Women\u00ae list includes 35 exemplary companies in terms of gender equality.<\/p>\n
