Monitoring, initially carried out via a complex Excel file, lacked fluidity and led to excessive e-mail communication. APEX seemed interesting to us because it allowed us to import our raw material, which was the Excel file. From this, we were able to create an application. Of course, we needed help, because we’re not experts in this technology, even though it’s very simple. We worked with SQORUS to improve the solution as we went along.
