“I’m delighted with the 3rd SQORUS HR Hacking Day. This event aimed to create collective intelligence by bringing together our customers and our SQORUS consultants to identify HR use cases that could be addressed by AI. <\/p>\n

<\/ul>\nArtificial intelligence applied to human resources is no longer a prospective subject: it’s a reality that’s already transforming practices.<\/p>\n
Automating administrative tasks, personalizing employee career paths, predictive talent analysis.<\/strong>.. The use cases are multiplying. <\/p>\nMany organizations are still struggling to take the plunge. Moving from theory to action remains a challenge. <\/p>\n
It was against this backdrop that we launched the SQORUS Hacking Day AI & HR event. An immersive day to bring together our customers and experts to co-construct concrete solutions. <\/p>\n
Several key findings emerged:<\/p>\n

- The multiplication of AI use cases in HR.<\/strong><\/li>\n

A collaborative approach inspired by Design Thinking<\/h2>\n

For this day, we adopted a collaborative approach inspired by Design Thinking.<\/p>\n
The aim is to unleash creativity, encourage the sharing of experience and transform bold ideas into actionable use cases.<\/strong><\/p>\nThrough several ideation and prioritization workshops, participants were able to compare their visions, challenge their certainties and build a pragmatic roadmap together.<\/p>\n
Four key themes emerged from the discussions:<\/p>\n
\n- Competency mapping<\/strong>: a clear, up-to-date picture of our employees’ know-how to better support their development, anticipate needs and strengthen their commitment. <\/li>\n
- HR data quality and governance:<\/strong> guaranteeing data reliability to support more accurate strategic decisions and lay the foundations for high-performance AI.<\/li>\n
- Automate administrative tasks:<\/strong> free up HR teams’ time by automating low-value-added processes, such as onboarding.<\/li>\n
- Augmented HR support:<\/strong> improve the employee experience with intelligent tools capable of answering recurring questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
