With an international presence and tens of thousands of employees, our customer faced a major challenge: harmonizing and analyzing HR data from multiple HRIS systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Cornerstone) to obtain a reliable global view of its workforce.<\/p>\n
The challenge was to be able to carry out in-depth analyses on key themes such as compensation, performance, recruitment and training, in order to make strategic HR decisions and optimize talent management.<\/p>\n

Why was this project so complex?<\/strong><\/p>\n Implementing an HR Analytics solution in an international multi-HRIS group involves much more than choosing a visualization tool. First and foremost, it’s a data governance challenge: how can we ensure that data extracted from three different HRIS systems is consistent, comparable and reliable? <\/p>\n Then there’s the challenge of adoption: how do you get HR teams used to static Excel reporting to adopt dynamic dashboards?<\/p>\n Finally, it’s a security challenge: how do you share sensitive HR data on a global scale while complying with the GDPR and local regulations?
