The HRIS covers the vast majority of a company&#8217;s departments (from payroll to recruitment, training, etc.), and any change to it is likely to entail major changes.  <\/span><strong>resistance to change<\/strong><span>. Its main objective is to limit any rejection by <strong>end-users<\/strong> when a <strong>project team<\/strong> decides to <strong>modify<\/strong> or <strong>change<\/strong> the <strong>HRIS<\/strong>.<br \/>\nOne of the <strong>keys to success<\/strong> in this phase, which is essential to the success of the project, lies in the ability of all those involved to cultivate an ideal vision of the future organization and its benefits. <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Why is change management essential?<\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Most feedbacks show that a tool that is not well accepted by users will have negative impacts on the overall productivity of the company in the long term. Never forget that nature abhors a vacuum: the absence of communication can lead to the propagation of false information, which you will have great difficulty in contradicting later. In addition, you risk further increasing the stress of the teams induced by the change. Communication about the project must be clear, simple and adapted to all audiences. Avoid overly technical acronyms that could lead to misunderstandings.<\/p>\n<p>Next, you need to listen to <strong>users&#8217; needs<\/strong>.<br \/>\nTake the time to listen to their concerns and answer their questions when drawing up the <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cahier_des_charges\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">specifications<\/a>.
