Our businesses are constantly evolving, and our talents need to be able to develop skills they didn’t have before.

While experience in the field helps us to grow and learn, training remains a powerful tool. SQORUS devotes 5% of its total payroll to training, 20% of which leads to certification.

30% focus on soft skills, 30% on business skills, around 25% on team and project management skills, 10% on language skills and 5% on cross-disciplinary skills.

At their annual performance review, each talent determines their training needs with their manager, based on a training catalog linked to the skills repository, by profession.

Over 85% of training courses added to the training plan are requested by the employee.

Tailor-made training

Finally, to meet our needs as effectively as possible, we design some of our own training courses.

These include our consultant posture and agile method training courses, our cloud and PeopleSoft academies, and our change management and design thinking training courses.
