Our recruitment process
A process that integrates atypical backgrounds and skills
Our recruitment process is simple and consists of 2 to 3 interviews. It will help you get to know the company and your future working environment.
1. Receipt & analysis of your application
On receipt of your CV, SQORUS will review your application and, if your profile matches an opportunity, our HR team will contact you.
2. HR meeting
The aim of this first HR meeting will be to get to know you and discuss your career path and aspirations. You'll also learn more about the position and the company.
Depending on the position to be filled, you may be required to pass tests (English, personality, technical) and additional exchanges.
3. Manager meeting
At this meeting, the manager or line manager concerned will assess your know-how and provide you with full details of the position, missions and teams.
You'll be encouraged to ask questions about his or her expectations and projections for your future collaboration.
Feedback from exchanges
Following the various exchanges, our HR team will contact you to give you our positive or negative feedback.
We'll be happy to explain the reasons for our decision in full transparency, and we're also keen to hear your feedback.
