  • Employee Experience: corresponds to all the key HR interactions of an employee within an organization, from arrival to departure. The employee experience is inspired by the customer experience.
  • Saas solutions: Saas (Software as a Service) solutions are cloud-based, enabling you to access the application directly via a web browser. These solutions are generally invoiced on a subscription basis (licenses per user). They offer standard processes that can be customized to a greater or lesser extent by the integrator (a third-party company or the publisher itself), and are updated regularly (version upgrades).
  • AMOA: project management assistance.
    AMOA’s mission is to advise and assist the business line in its project activities.
  • IS: expressing requirements, liaising with the publisher/integrator on parameterization choices, monitoring the project, carrying out tests to check the solution’s conformity.

Business support for your HRIS projects: from scoping to post-project management

  • Cross-functional project management: coordination of project management activities to mobilize HR and IS teams. Matching your business needs with those of the solution implementation team and the IT department throughout the project.
  • Scoping: prioritization of functional scope and deployment strategy during scoping, to secure the project schedule.
  • Concept: design workshops. Drafting of functional specifications (specific requirements, reporting and dashboards, interfaces, data transfer, etc.), data dictionary and traceability of decisions taken. Production of mock-ups / demos to help users plan their projects. Taking GDPR rules into account. Our consultants, with their solution expertise, can also help you understand the application's design, data model and maintenance issues, so that you can make the right parameterization choices.
  • Testing: coordination of acceptance testing (testing by end-users) to check consistency between the solution's design and the needs expressed.
  • Preparation for deployment and opening of the system: assistance with data transfer to ensure proper understanding of methodology and data quality. Review of Change Management media. Management of localized deployments for international projects, and preparation of a deployment kit.
  • AMOA support after the opening of the system: organization of HRIS support, management of upgrade requests and version upgrades, functional support for managing the first HRIS campaigns (setting objectives, appraisal interviews, salary review campaigns, etc.).
