ARTICLE 1: Purpose

The purpose of these “general conditions of use” is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which the services of the www.sqorus.com website are made available and used by the “User”.

The Director of the publication is Mrs Marie-Laure Leroy.

The host of the www.sqorus.com website is the company Go Informatique whose head office is located at 128 Rue de la Boetie – Paris.

ARTICLE 3: Definitions

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with regard to the User as from the use of the service.

ARTICLE 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, only the courts of the city of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
