CREATION
Creation of DES SYSTÈMES ET DES HOMMES by Amadou NGOM and Marc-Edouard BELLEST. S&H offers training for users of information systems, with a specialisation in office automation tools and business applications. These clients are mainly major accounts in industry and finance.
1995
February
DIVERSIFICATION
S&H is diversifying its services by developing an IT offer around specific developments and local networks. S&H offers its new skills to its existing clients such as GAN Assurances or ELF.
1997
EXPERTISE PEOPLE SOFT
Building on its IT service center developed two years earlier, S&H develops its expertise around the People Soft ERP. The company signs its first significant PeopleSoft contract in Lausanne with Philip Morris. S&H became a partner of PeopleSoft, which was later acquired by ORACLE. ERP implementation becomes the core business of S&H.
1998
ORACLE PARTNERSHIP
S&H signs a partnership with ORACLE and becomes a privileged partner on PeopleSoft implementation projects and in 2011 on ORACLE HCM Cloud projects.
2001
OPENING OF THE SWISS BRANCH
Recognised in French-speaking Switzerland by numerous clients, S&H created a subsidiary in Geneva to develop the business more significantly. The Swiss company quickly signed up new local customers. This subsidiary will be sold in 2014.
2006
CREATION OF TALENTYS
In order to better respond to the needs of its clients, S&H created the subsidiary Talentys, a company specialised in supporting HR professions during HRIS deployment projects. S&H starts working on Cloud solutions from vendors such as Vurv, Taleo, CornerStone, who become its partners.

BACKGROUND RISE
S&H welcomes BNP PARIBAS Développement among its shareholders.
2015
GREAT PLACE TO WORK
For its first participation in the Great Place To Work ranking, S&H is ranked 26th in the ranking of companies with 50 to 500 employees.

TALENTSOFT PARTNERSHIP
S&H expands its HRIS service offering and signs a partnership with TALENTSOFT.

S&H wins the ORACLE PaaS Partner Award 2018.

S&H launches its first 2 Mobile Apps: People MobilApp and Recruit MobilApp.

ANAPLAN PARTNERSHIP
S&H signs a partnership with ANAPLAN and strengthens its BI offer and expertise.

S&H wins the TALENTS prize at the ESN Trophy organised by Syntec Numérique.

RACHAT NESSIUM
S&H acquires Nessium Consulting, a Digital Services Company (DSC) specialised in the implementation of ERP Finance, and reorganises its activities into 2 divisions: the HR Division for consulting and transformation activities around HR Information Systems, the Finance Division for Accounting and Financial Information Systems. With this acquisition S&H also becomes a partner of KYRIBA, DOMO, VROOZI, TRADESHIFT. S&H has established itself as ORACLE’s main partner for the company’s cloud solutions.
