SQORUS takes the utmost care to protect your privacy and your personal data and to comply with the relevant legal provisions.

SQORUS (or “We”) refers to : SQORUS, ESN (Entreprise de Services Numériques) whose head office is located at: 25, rue Maubeuge, 75009 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 353 663 065 and represented by Amadou NGOM in his capacity as President of SQORUS.

SQORUS only collects personal data that are necessary for the purposes of the processing and informs you of the purposes of the processing. If your data is transferred or exchanged with other recipients, you will also be informed.

SQORUS may collect the following categories of personal data, subject to the limits set by local laws:

  • Identification data: title, surname, first name and all types of identifiers and contact information (such as e-mail address, telephone number, postal address) and occasionally, when necessary for specific purposes, gender, date of birth, age and place of birth.

  • Business Data: History and records of the services you have obtained from SQORUS. Correspondence between you and us when addressed to a dedicated mailbox or by other electronic means of communication for the purpose of processing payments of receivables and business follow-up.

  • Marketing and Research Data:
    • a) Identifiers: an individual’s IP address, social media handle or other online identifiers, email/mobile phone number if used for direct marketing, and name and address.
    • b) Demographic data (e.g., age range, gender, interests).
    • c) Browsing history data and preferences expressed during selection on your mobile device, including (if applicable) device type, device ID and mobile operating system.
    • d) Social media content – blogs, posts and anything posted by an individual online or that mentions/references an individual.

  • Position and Occupational/Job Related Data: Occupational/job related information such as current job description, job title, employer, work location, and SQORUS contact(s).
