Amadou NGOM

Founding Partner and Chairman

After a DEA in Corporate Finance, Pap’ NGOM began his career in 1986 as a consultant with Econocom, whose training subsidiary he headed 2 years later.

He left Econocom in 1989 to found SQORUS (formerly S&H) in 1990, of which he is still Chairman today.

Involved in community life for many years, Amadou was one of the founding members of the Diallo Telli Club in 1991.
He took part in the creation of the association Les Entretiens de l’Excellence, of which he is a member of the Council.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Club 21ème Siècle, which he chaired from 2012 to 2014.

Marc-Edouard BELLEST

Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer

After working as Sales Manager at Econocom, Marc-Edouard founded SQORUS (formerly S&H) with Amadou NGOM in 1990. As Director of Operations, he manages a sales force and a team of 250 consultants to support our customers in the evolution and implementation of their HR and Finance information systems (project management, monitoring of deployments and commitments, development of new services, etc.).

His business expertise and mastery of customer challenges have enabled him to adapt SQORUS’ offerings to market transformations, strengthen relationships with partner publishers and win the trust of major companies in the management and implementation of strategic projects. Pragmatic and committed, Marc-Edouard’s actions are based on the long term and on frank and sincere relations which, in his opinion, are the basis of a lasting and effective relationship of trust.

Joffrey CHU

IT Director
Joffrey Chu began his professional career at SQORUS (formerly Des Systèmes et des Hommes) in 2013, after studying at the Lycée Champollion in Grenoble, followed by a preparatory class and engineering training at ECE Paris.
He started out as a PeopleSoft consultant before quickly specializing in Cloud technologies, particularly Oracle PaaS.
From 2014, Joffrey implemented Oracle APEX for low-code application development and used the Oracle SOA Suite integration platform to interconnect HR information systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud for large organizations.
His ability to innovate and successfully complete complex projects has enabled him to progress within the company.
Appointed practice leader and then manager in 2017, he focuses on developing offerings around new Cloud technologies.

Over the years, Joffrey has worn many hats at SQORUS, as developer, project manager, architect, program manager and team leader, playing a key role in the growth of our Cloud and Data activities.
Thanks to his ability to federate teams, his pragmatism and his teaching skills, he ensures the success of the company’s projects.
In view of the rapid growth of these new offerings, the IT division was officially created in 2022, and Joffrey naturally took over its management.

Kokou MOGLO

VP Governance & International Operations

He joined SQORUS in 1998 as an Analyst Developer. After taking charge of PeopleSoft ERP implementations for international groups, he progressed to technical expert, project manager, project director and division director.

As Co-Director of the SQORUS HR Division and Group Vice President in charge of Governance and International Operations, he manages a team of 120 expert business and IT consultants who support our customers in the transformation of their HR function.

With 25 years’ experience in Information Systems Council (ERP, Cloud, On-prem & SaaS), Kokou MOGLO has acquired extensive experience in implementing and managing complex, international projects (organization, governance, choice of functional and technical solutions, implementation methodology), interoperability and transforming data into a strategic decision-making tool.

Lionel CHEMLA

Director of Finance & Business Transformation

After graduating in Finance and IT, Lionel CHEMLA quickly moved into consulting with an ERP publisher, then with an international Council firm. In 2007, he co-founded and managed Nessium Consulting. It develops its activity around finance solutions (Oracle ERP, SAP, Infor ERP, Netsuite, VROOZI and TradeShift). The confidence shown by BI editors in 2011 (Qlik, DOMO) has enabled us to expand our offering and continue to develop our business. In 2016, he opened an office in Montreal and in 2017 in Miami. In 2018, Nessium Consulting joins SQORUS to strengthen its FINANCE offering.

Lionel then took over as head of the Finance Division, managing a team of 70 expert business and IT consultants. His 20 years of experience in the world of ERP and in international organisation and transformation projects have enabled him to support large companies in the modernisation of their Finance function (organisation, management, choice of solutions, implementation methodology, etc.).

Macià ROCA

VP Innovation & Digital Transformation

After studying Engineering and specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Macià ROCA began his career as an engineer and analyst before joining SQORUS in 2000.

After working as an HRIS consultant, he progressed to project manager, then project director and division director in 2013.

A professional in digitalization and strategic HCM transformation, with over 20 years’ experience in HRIS implementation and architecture, analysis, project management and IT solutions development, Macià Roca manages HRIS projects for major international accounts.

As Co-Director of the SQORUS HR Division and Group Vice President in charge of Innovation and Digital Transformation, he also manages a team of 120 business and technical expert consultants and steers innovation projects within SQORUS.

Mohamed TOURE

Managing Director Ivory Coast

Mohamed TOURE has joined the SQORUS team as Managing Director for Côte d’Ivoire, taking charge of the Abidjan office.

He holds a post-graduate degree in Management from ESSEC Business School, a French State Engineering degree and an MBA. He started his career in Parisian consulting firms before returning to Africa to develop the consulting activities of a Big4.

For several years now, he has been helping international groups and African governments to define and deploy their Strategic and Digital Transformation projects. His knowledge of the African market and its digital transformation challenges has led him to speak at events on Digital Transformation in Africa, the African Tech ecosystem and innovation.

Sabine KHOURI-LAFARGE

Head of Human Resources

With over 9 years’ experience as an HRBP, Sabine has successively held positions as HR Officer, HR Manager and HRPB.

In 2016, she joined SQORUS as Human Resources Manager to develop and deploy the HR strategy tailored to SQORUS’ needs in terms of resources and skills.

In this capacity, she manages Talent Acquisition & Management: recruitment, training, internal mobility, salary policy and talent retention.

Sabine is in charge of developing the Quality of Life at Work policy, combining high standards with a benevolent attitude (Great Place To Work label for over 10 years).

Thierry BRANCHE

Director, EPM Division
After studying to be a chartered accountant, and following a career as an auditor and then as a management controller, Thierry BRANCHE became convinced of the contribution of information systems within the finance function, and joined Hyperion in 2000.

After 9 years in the consulting field, during which he held positions as consultant, manager and then director, he co-founded and directed Smarthys Consulting in 2009, with the idea of helping customers transform their performance management systems, from functional design to post-project support and implementation.

In 2023, he and his teams decided to join the Council firm SQORUS, experts in the transformation of Finance, HR and IT functions, to accelerate its development and become the Group’s EPM BU.

Today, a team of 40 people with more than 25 years’ expertise is at the service of CAC40, ETI and SME customers, supporting them in framing, redesigning or optimizing their finance, HR, supply chain and purchasing management processes…
