Founding Partner and Chairman
After a DEA in Corporate Finance, Pap’ NGOM began his career in 1986 as a consultant with Econocom, whose training subsidiary he would manage two years later.
He left Econocom in 1989 to found SQORUS (formerly S&H) in 1990, of which he is still Chairman today. Amadou was able to develop this ESN, while retaining its DNA: it now has 250 employees and assists large international companies in the digital transformation of their support functions. In 2019, the strategy to develop SQORUS in Africa is taking shape with the opening of two subsidiaries in Abidjan and Dakar.
Involved in community life for many years, Amadou is a founding member of the Diallo Telli Club in 1991 and a member of the Board of Directors of the 21st Century Club.

Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer
After working as a Sales Manager at Econocom, Marc-Edouard founded the company SQORUS (formerly S&H) with Amadou NGOM in 1990. As Director of Operations, he leads a sales force and a team of 250 consultants to support our clients in the evolution and implementation of their HR and Finance information systems (project management, monitoring of deployments and commitments, development of new services, etc.).
His business expertise and his mastery of customer issues have enabled him to adapt SQORUS offerings to market transformations, to strengthen relations with partner publishers and to gain the trust of the largest companies in the management and implementation of strategic projects. Pragmatic and committed, Marc-Edouard’s actions are based on the long term and on frank and sincere relations which, in his opinion, are the basis of a lasting and effective relationship of trust.

Co-Director Finance Division
After studying Finance and Computer Science, Lionel Chemla quickly turned to consulting with an ERP publisher and then with an international consulting firm. In 2007, he co-founded and managed Nessium Consulting. He develops its activity around finance solutions (Oracle ERP, SAP, Infor ERP, Netsuite, VROOZI and TradeShift). The confidence of BI editors in 2011 (Qlik, DOMO) allows HIM to expand HIS offer and to continue to develop Nessium’s activities. In 2016, he opened an office in Montreal and in 2017 in Miami. In 2018, Nessium Consulting joins SQORUS to strengthen its FINANCE offer.
Lionel then took over the management of the Finance Division and managed a team of 70 business and IT experts. His 20 years of experience in the world of ERP and in international organisation and transformation projects have enabled him to support large companies in the modernisation of their Finance function (organisation, management, choice of solutions, implementation methodology, etc.).

Co-Director HR Division
He joined SQORUS in 1998 as an Analyst Developer. After having been in charge of PeopleSoft ERP implementations in international groups, he progressed to technical expert, project manager and then project director and division director in 2013.
Since 2018, as co-director of the HR Division of SQORUS, he manages a team of 120 business and IT expert consultants who support our clients in the transformation of their HR function.
His 19 years of experience in ERP and Cloud consulting have allowed Kokou to acquire extensive experience in the implementation of information systems and management of complex and international projects (organisation, steering, choice of functional and technical solutions, implementation methodology) and data management and interoperability.

Co-Director HR Division
After studying engineering and specialising in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Macià started his career as an engineer and analyst before joining SQORUS in 2000.
After working as an HRIS consultant, he evolved as a technical expert, project manager, then as a project director and finally as a Division Director in 2013.
HCM program management professional, with more than 15 years of experience in HRIS implementation and architecture, analysis, project management and IT solutions development, Macià leads HRIS projects for major international accounts.
Since 2018, as co-director of the HR Division of SQORUS, he also manages a team of 120 business and IT expert consultants and leads innovation projects within SQORUS.

Head of Human Resources
With more than 9 years of expertise as an HRBP, Sabine has successively held the positions of HR Officer, HR Manager and HRPB.
In 2016, she joined SQORUS as Human Resources Manager to develop and deploy the HR strategy adapted to SQORUS’ needs in terms of resources and skills.
In this capacity, she manages Talent Acquisition & Management: recruitment, training, internal mobility, salary policy and talent retention.
Sabine is in charge of developing the Quality of Life at Work policy, taking care to combine high standards and benevolence (the company has been awarded the Great Place To Work label for over 7 years).

Marketing and Communication Director
Marie-Laure started her career in large international groups as Product Manager (Inmac), Marketing Manager (Renault, Olympus) and then as Communication Manager (Olympus and Neopost).
After 12 years of experience in Marketing and Communication, she wanted to put her expertise at the service of the transformation of ESN and joined GS1 in 2016 and then SQORUS in 2018 to create the Marketing Department.
In charge, with his team, of the development and implementation of the marketing and communication strategy (product marketing, digital strategy, brand content, HR marketing, internal and external communication), she also assists management with internal transformation projects to offer her clients the solutions, communication and organisation best suited to their changes.

Managing Director Ivory Coast
Mohamed TOURE has joined the SQORUS team as General Manager for the Ivory Coast and is in charge of the Abidjan office.
He holds a post-graduate degree in Management from ESSEC Business School, a French State Engineering diploma and an MBA. He started his career in Parisian consulting firms before returning to Africa to develop the consulting activities of a Big4.
For several years, he has accompanied international groups and African governments in the definition and deployment of their Strategic and Digital Transformation projects. His knowledge of the African market and its digital transformation challenges have led him to speak at events on Digital Transformation in Africa, the African Tech ecosystem and innovation.
