Our Mission Statement illustrates our commitment to acting responsibly towards our customers, partners, communities and the environment in which we operate. We take environmental and social issues into account in all our internal decisions and actions.

A signatory of the United Nations Global Compact, since 2021 SQORUS has been working to align its strategy and operations with the ten principles relating to human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption, and take strategic steps to advance broader societal goals, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Our CSR approach is supported internally by a multi-disciplinary team made up of employees from all our departments.
Their role is to :
- Integrate the principles of social and environmental responsibility into the company’s overall strategy.
- Identify priority issues with SQORUS management and stakeholders.
- Communicate transparently and effectively about the company’s CSR initiatives, both internally and externally, to strengthen reputation and trust.
- Measure performance to assess the impact of CSR initiatives and progress made.
- Implement innovative solutions to further improve the company’s CSR performance.

Our environmental policy
Numerous initiatives have been undertaken to raise employee awareness of sustainable development issues and reduce our energy consumption: creation of an internal CSR community, implementation of eco-participatory measures such as :
- Our carbon footprint;
- Clean Day;
- Selection of eco-responsible service providers;
- Anti-waste option on our in-house events…

It ensures a good quality of life at work (QWL) and a healthy balance between the professional and personal lives of its employees: local management and HR, flexible working hours, agreements on the right to disconnect and teleworking, signatory of the Parenthood Charteranniversary day offered to all our employees.
We also organize workshops on well-being at work and events (yoga, sophrology, relaxation, etc.), work on workstation ergonomics, and numerous events (afterwork, quarterly, integration evening, co-optation evening, kick-off, etc.).

- Use of subcontracting, supply and service contracts with approved ESATs (Etablissements ou Service d'aide pour le travail).
