In addition to actions in favor of parenthood (regular telecommuting, flexible working hours, etc.), SQORUS is committed to equal treatment for men and women in terms of hiring, career advancement and compensation.

In 2022, 17% of our employees will be promoted, 47% of whom will be women. Because, as a company, we have a role to play, SQORUS raises awareness of gender stereotypes and biases among its employees, with guest speakers on these subjects.
