The Great Place To Work® certification is an international recognition of the quality of the employee experience within a company. It is awarded to organizations in which at least 65% of employees report a positive experience through the Trust Index® survey, which measures five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

SQORUS has been certified as a Great Place To Work® since 2015. The 2026 certification marks the 12th consecutive year of this recognition.
What is the Trust Index®?
The Trust Index® is Great Place To Work®’s standardized questionnaire. It consists of 60 questions across five components of trust. SQORUS’s score was 83.7% in 2026, well above the certification threshold of 65%.
