We are proud to announce news that reflects our ongoing commitment to professional equality and the well-being of our female employees.
For the fifth year running, our company has been named one of the“Best Workplaces for Women 2024” by Great Place To Work®.

This recognition testifies to our commitment to creating an inclusive and fulfilling working environment for all, with particular attention paid to the place of women in our organization.

What is the “Best Workplaces for Women” label?

In order to be identified by Great Place To Work® France as a Best Workplace For Women®, companies are evaluated according to three main criteria:

  1. Representation of women in the organization and in management positions
  2. Employees’ perceptions of the Trust Index© survey
  3. Equal opportunity practices implemented by the company

To be eligible, a company must have at least 33% female employees and managers.
It must also achieve high scores in the employee satisfaction survey and demonstrate concrete actions in favor of equality.

At SQORUS, we are particularly proud of the figures that illustrate our commitment:

  • 46% women in our global workforce
  • 45% female managers at Group level
  • 25% women promoted
  • 56% of women trained

These figures exceed the minimum requirements and reflect our commitment to actively promoting diversity at all levels of the company.

  • Testimonials from inspiring women on the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day
  • Signature of the #STOPE initiative to combat ordinary sexism in the workplace
  • Leadership training for women
  • Parenthood workshop to discuss the challenges of parenthood with parent-employees
  • Creation of a best practice guide on gender equality for our managers
  • Rebranding our job offers to make them more inclusive
  • Inclusion of questions on professional equality in the
    CHSCT questionnaire in order to better identify our areas for improvement.
  • Participation in “cafés de l’ingénieuse” in partnership with the Association Femmes Ingénieures
  • Hygiene equipment available in our offices
