In early October, our consultants participated in an in-house training session focused on the principles of agility and the Scrum framework.
Xavier MEZANGES, Scrum Master, and Valérie DELAY, Product Owner and ICP-ACC Agile Coach, shared their real-world practices to strengthen support for transformation projects for our clients.
Training Grounded in Real-World Practices
Over the course of two days, our consultants deepened their understanding of the principles of agility and the Scrum framework.
The goal: to foster a shared understanding of agility and Scrum in order to maximize their benefits in HR, Finance, and IT projects.
Because every client and every project has its own unique characteristics, agility cannot be applied in a one-size-fits-all manner. It relies above all on active listening, collaboration, and the ability to adapt.
Support provided by agility practitioners
The training session was led by Xavier MEZANGES, a Scrum Master. His hands-on experience enables him to support teams in implementing agile practices and continuously improving their collaboration methods.
Alongside him, Valérie DELAY, Product Owner and ICP-ACC-certified team coach, shared her vision of agility as a means of creating value and fostering collaboration among the various project stakeholders.
Valérie DELAY
Product Owner & ICP-ACC Certified Team Coach
By sharing the agile framework and Scrum concepts, we are not seeking to standardize practices, but rather to empower teams to collaborate more effectively, adapt to change, and create lasting value for their customers.
The objectives of the session:
- Creating a Common Language Around Agility and Scrum
- Improve collaboration with our clients’ business and technical teams
- Develop a value-driven and prioritization-focused approach
- Improving our support as we take on new assignments
A Performance Booster for Your Projects
“Our role is not only to manage projects, but to create the conditions for effective, transparent, and value-driven collaboration among all stakeholders. Agility provides us with this common framework.”

Ongoing training for our teams enhances the quality and responsiveness of our support for your digital transformation projects.
In practical terms, a better understanding of agile principles leads to more responsive management. Teams can adjust priorities as business needs change.
It also strengthens collaboration between business units and technical teams. In HR, Finance, or IT projects, this ability to foster open communication helps align objectives and facilitate decision-making.
Finally, agility promotes a value-driven approach. Efforts are focused on the issues most relevant to users and various stakeholders, while Scrum rituals foster transparency, regular feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

A high-performing agile team is, above all, a committed, demanding, and supportive team, where everyone can contribute fully, grow, and put their talents to work toward a common goal.
