We’re looking for experienced & senior profiles to join a fast-growing team. Come and build our offerings, support our junior consultants as they strive for excellence, and develop your expertise and leadership skills!
The HCM consultant is a detective, an analyst!
He/she must be able to listen to the client’s problems and must be discerning in order to propose the most appropriate solutions to the issues at stake and transform each obstacle into an opportunity.
The HCM consultant is a diplomat!
He is the link between the different actors of the project. From the editor to the end user, he must understand the issues of each and make communication fluid.
It ensures that all project stakeholders are as satisfied as possible.
The HCM consultant is a finisher!
Delivering a project is not a sprint, but a long-distance race. The consultant provides and delivers solutions within the timeframe agreed with the client.
The HCM consultant is a team player!
