For the past six years at SQORUS, Jean-François ROBBE has been an integration consultant specializing in Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), working on large-scale HRIS projects for major corporations.
He shares with us the missions that have forged his expertise.
At the heart of Oracle Integration: two missions that changed everything
During my first assignment, I helped build a reliable HR data hub, centralizing and synchronizing sensitive information between several internal applications.
The main challenge was to ensure data consistency throughout the design and evolution of these integration flows.
In a second assignment, I worked on a complete Oracle PaaS ecosystem, interconnecting the various HRIS building blocks: Core HR, Performance, Recruitment, Training, Payroll, etc. I managed the implementation of inter-application flows and supported the project teams in deploying these solutions, while ensuring that reliable supervision mechanisms were in place to guarantee service continuity.
