SQORUS has adopted a diversity charter structured around 6 fundamental commitments:

To ensure that these principles are applied from the very first contact, we have also drawn up an ethical recruitment charter. This ensures a fair and transparent selection process, banning all forms of discrimination, whether related to gender, origin, age or any other non-professional criteria.

- Soundproof booths: Installation of dedicated spaces for videoconference calls and meetings
