1. After several years’ experience in Council, what convinced you to join SQORUS rather than another digital transformation firm?

I was attracted by SQORUS’s culture of innovation and focus on talent development. Their customer-centric approach and expertise in digital transformation were also determining factors.

We are trained to master the technical aspects while developing an in-depth understanding of our customers’ strategic issues.

4. What leadership and mentoring opportunities have you been able to seize at SQORUS, and how has this enriched your career path?

I’ve had the opportunity to manage several major projects and mentor junior consultants.
These experiences have enriched my career by enabling me to develop my team management and knowledge transfer skills.

5. To what extent have SQORUS’s relationships with the market’s major publishers enabled you to gain access to innovative and strategic projects?

SQORUS’ strategic partnerships with leading software publishers give us access to cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects. This enables us to offer high value-added solutions to our customers.

6. How would you describe the autonomy you have at SQORUS to manage your assignments and develop your expertise?

At SQORUS, we enjoy a high degree of autonomy in the management of our assignments.
This freedom enables us to take initiatives, explore new approaches and proactively develop our expertise.

My greatest achievement has been keeping my customers for almost 14 years. The fact that they’ve trusted me for so long proves that we’re doing the right thing and that they’re satisfied.

 

7. What has been your greatest achievement at SQORUS, and what enabled you to accomplish it?

My greatest success has been keeping my customers for nearly 14 years.

The fact that my customers have put their trust in me for so long proves that we work well and give them satisfaction, while remaining very attractive when it comes to our prices.

My projects for 2024 mainly involved migrations to the latest versions ofHyperion EPM, as well as Move To Cloud projects to OCI and Azure. These projects were very rich in technical aspects, but also in learning about the human and management aspects.

8. What have been the most stimulating challenges you’ve faced on projects with SQORUS, and how has the company supported you?

Migration projects to Oracle’s OCI and Microsoft’s Azure platforms have been technically complex.

We successfully completed these assignments with a very high level of customer satisfaction, thanks to the technical experts on the Sqorus IT teams, who supported us throughout the project right up to delivery.

9. How do you see your career at SQORUS developing over the next few years?

I see my career evolving towards increasingly strategic roles, with the opportunity to contribute to defining the company’s vision and strategy.

I also want to continue mentoring and training the next generation of consultants.

10. Have you had the opportunity to participate in the definition of new offers or in SQORUS’ development strategy?

Yes, I’ve been involved in a number of initiatives aimed at developing new service offerings and refining our market strategy.

These experiences were very enriching and enabled me to contribute directly to the company’s growth. (Services: SmartCloud and SmartMonitor)
