Can you tell us about your experiences before joining Sqorus ?

I am a graduate of a MASTER MIAGE (Computer Methods Applied to Business Management). Before joining SqorusI did a one-year professionalization contract at TOTAL as a SharePoint Webmaster for the Group’s Finance entity. Then a second year in a professional contract at CANAL+ where I worked on SAP (FI/CO modules) and the BI SAP BW as an assistant project manager.

In other words, the implementation of an HRIS makes it possible for HRDs to evolve by taking over administrative tasks and the development of supports. Saving time allows you to focus on human capital and the critical issues of talent and competency management. Indeed, HRDs have the mission to provide the company with specific skills, necessary for its long-term growth. Employees become strategic partners who are able to support changes in the organization, management methods and the implementation of new work processes.

    Why did you join Sqorus?

    Especially for the human side that the company advocates on the web (website, social networks, Youtube videos…). The values (loyalty, commitment, solidarity, desire to progress) are values similar to mine. It was important for me to be in line with the ambitions of the company I was joining. The plurality of the missions that I was going to be entrusted with ended up convincing me and so I signed my first permanent contract.

    Before joining Sqorus, did you know Oracle ERP Cloud?

    No, it was a solution that I had no control over at all. I only knew the “On Premise” part (software that must be installed on the company’s servers) of SAP/Peoplesoft. So it was a double challenge to integrate a new team and to learn about innovative solutions from vendors like Oracle, which were totally new to me. The biggest challenge was to start working on Cloud projects!

    What is your mission on EPRCS?

    EPRCS (Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud) is anOracle solution that provides a secure, collaborative and process-oriented service for defining, creating, reviewing and publishing financial and management reports. Sqorus is in charge of the first implementation project of the solution in France. It is a great pride for me to be part of the project team. It is also the first cloud project of the Finance Division within the Sqorus group, a big challenge.

    What has been your career path within Sqorus?

    I joined the group as a junior consultant on the finance side. In three years, I have participated in decommissioning of a software package to replace it by a new one, at the version upgrade of an accounting translation software, to ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) developments, to implementation of new UNIX scripts… Today I am a confirmed consultant for more than a year and I aspire to become manager within five years to allow the rise in competence of future collaborators and to transmit my knowledge.
