The consulting business is one of perpetual renewal.
At SQORUS, we operate in an environment where technologies are changing rapidly, but our conviction remains the same: it’s talent that makes the difference. Beyond methodologies and tools, it’s our consultants who give concrete expression to our commitments and create real added value.
When you talk to Meddy JEHU, you immediately notice his dual concerns. As AMOA Finance Manager in our Finance & Business Transformation division, he combines demanding customer deliverables with attentive support for his team.
Today, we invite you to discover his journey with SQORUS. Through his experiences, methods and convictions, find out what led him to join us and, even more revealingly, what motivates him to continue the adventure with us.
My career at SQORUS
I’m Meddy, AMOA Finance Manager at SQORUS. For the past year and a half, I’ve been working in the Finance & Business Transformation (F&BT) division. I find my daily satisfaction in two complementary aspects: creating value for our customers and supporting our talents in developing their careers.
My strength lies in my dual expertise in corporate finance and IS Finance, which enables me to communicate fluidly with both finance and IS departments.
I owe this versatility to my 6 years’ experience in positions of responsibility in accounting and management before switching to Consulting in 2018. Since then, I’ve had the chance to work on a wide variety of projects.
What attracted me to SQORUS? It’s an environment that offers just the right balance between intellectual challenge and trust, where our creativity can express itself in a climate of caring and knowledge sharing.
Projects that transform and create value
As soon as I joined SQORUS, I had the opportunity to work with fast-growing customers who needed an in-depth diagnosis before redefining their IS Finance strategy.
With our experience and our methodology, we have supported them, and continue to support them today, in a triple analysis of tools, processes and people, with a view to designing an appropriate organization with them.
As far as tools and processes are concerned, our work ethic, our internal culture of knowledge sharing and our proven experience of best practices enable us to formulate appropriate recommendations. The idea is not just to propagate standard advice, but to have a pragmatic and personalized approach that also takes into account the sector of activity, the corporate culture and the company’s specific issues.
From the human point of view, we retrace user paths, identifying inefficiencies that are detrimental to comfort, productivity or data quality. We also seek to create buy-in in the earliest phases of projects. I’m convinced that even the most relevant change will only bear fruit if we take the time to federate teams around its added value.
I also really enjoyed taking part in missions concerning the French reform of electronic invoicing.
These assignments are very interesting, as they combine our ability to provide advice on regulatory change with a strong impact on key business processes and practices. As well as simply ensuring compliance, I enjoy highlighting the modernization and optimization opportunities that these changes can bring for our customers.
Develop your skills, continually enrich yourself
One of the aspects I appreciate most at SQORUS is the dynamic skills development. Experts in their field or holders of certifications generously share their knowledge through in-house training courses that are as qualitative as they are practical. I could mention, for example, a Design Thinking course which has enabled me to expand my toolbox. Without applying it systematically, I have integrated several of its concepts into my daily practice, bringing a touch of innovation to my interventions.
Our development also involves webinars on key issues such as gender equality, aninclusive environment and quality of life at work. I was also able to strengthen my management skills with a particularly enriching external training course.
One of the most exciting challenges in my day-to-day work is delivering for our customers and managing our talent. I’d say it’s a fine balance between organization, anticipation and transparency, all with a human touch. Finding solutions that benefit all stakeholders is an integral part of my job.

A culture that values autonomy and initiative
What I like about SQORUS is the freedom of expression we’re given.
I quickly realized that trusting people, letting them take the initiative and pushing them to excel were at the heart of the company’s culture.
In fact, I’m always invited to give feedback. This is a long-standing reflex with our teams, but we also give it to top management, who are very receptive to our points of view.
I also feel free in the exercise of my profession, free to add my own little touch to the way I support our customers on a daily basis. I can be creative in my deliverables or the way I run a workshop, without coming up against an overly rigid standard approach. This flexibility is truly refreshing, stimulating creativity and renewing our approach to consulting.
Building the future with ambition
In the short term, I’d like to finalize my Fast Close offer. In consulting, this is not a new subject, but we are reinventing it by integrating the latest tools and emerging technologies such as AI and RPA, for a resolutely contemporary approach.
I’m also very ambitious about the talents I support. I believe in them and I want to help them continue to blossom. All this, while highlighting their achievements.
At the same time, I’d like to remain heavily involved in recruitment for the Finance & Business Transformation division and, even more specifically, in the AMOA Finance workforce.
