1. What motivated you to join SQORUS?
What attracted me to SQORUS was first and foremost the company’s reputation as anOracle integrator, but also its ability to support young talent. I wanted to work in an environment where I would really be considered as a consultant, not just an intern. From my very first discussions, I sensed a team that was passionate, humane and ready to pass on their knowledge.
2. How did your induction and onboarding go?
L’Onboarding was smooth and structured.
From my first day, my tutor guided me step by step, encouraging me to experiment on my own. And I was able to Shadow with her to fully understand best practices.
Very quickly, I had access to the environments, the documentation and even the projects, which enabled me to get right down to business. I felt integrated from the very first week.
3. Have you taken part in any noteworthy customer or in-house projects? Which ones stimulated you the most?
I’ve been involved in a number of high-profile projects. I worked on a major project for a client in the insurance sector, where I contributed to the design of twoOracle HCM Cloudmodules: recruitment, which helps the company manage its job requirements and hiring processes, and HR Help Desk, used to centralize and track HR requests from employees.
I also ran in-house training courses as part of the Oracle Cloud Academya program of workshops and case studies designed to help new recruits develop their skills. And I’ve also conducted coaching sessions on the Journeys module to help customers create their own employee career paths.
These varied assignments have stimulated me a lot, strengthened my teaching skills and, above all, consolidated my position as a consultant.
4. If you had to explain to a future intern what you actually learn on a project at SQORUS, what would you say?
You learn to work like a real consultant, with real responsibilities.
You analyze a customer need, parameterize the solution, test it, write deliverables, prepare demonstrations and collaborate with the team. As your assignments progress, you develop essential human skills: communicating effectively, gaining autonomy, taking initiative and managing the unexpected with serenity.
It’s a complete apprenticeship, which goes well beyond configuration. These projects enabled me to measure the real impact of our actions on HR teams, and to take a step back in terms of how a solution fits into their daily lives. Above all, they helped me to develop a more global vision of Council, one that is not limited to the technical aspect, but takes into account business challenges, customer needs and the employee experience as a whole.

6. Is there a skill or talent you didn’t think you had that you’ve discovered through your experience at SQORUS?
I discovered that I could lead training sessions and explain complex subjects with clarity, both to internal teams and to customers, revealing a real sense of pedagogy. I was able to demonstrate this during an HR Help Desk session as part of the Cloud Academy, where I helped several new recruits to understand concepts that seemed difficult to them by simply rephrasing and illustrating with concrete examples.
I found this same dynamic during the Journeys module coaching sessions, accompanying HR administrators in the configuration of their employee journeys. Guiding them through practical cases until they became autonomous confirmed my ability to make a technical subject accessible and to create a reassuring learning environment.
