5. What was the most stimulating project you worked on during your work-study period at SQORUS?

All the projects I’ve worked on at SQORUS have been interesting, as each project is unique according to the customer and their specific expectations. But the most stimulating project was the implementation of an HCM module for one of our customers. It was a very rewarding project, both technically and functionally.

On the one hand, there were technical challenges, such as customizing the tool to suit the customer’s needs.

On the other hand, I had to fully understand the customer’s HR processes to ensure that the solution perfectly met their expectations. This mix of technical and functional skills enabled me to learn a lot and participate actively.

6. How has your work-study program at SQORUS enabled you to develop your skills and gain autonomy on large-scale projects?

My tutor regularly challenged me on different tasks, letting me take the initiative and trusting in my abilities.

I gained valuable experience, both technical and functional, working on large-scale projects. This autonomy, coupled with my tutor’s guidance, helped me to progress rapidly and take on important responsibilities.

What’s more, my involvement and ability to take on challenges strengthened the team’s confidence in me. This made it easier for me to join SQORUS, as the company was able to see my skills and commitment.

The work-study scheme gave me the opportunity to prove my worth and show that I could fit in perfectly, which was a major asset in my transition to a long-term position within the company.

8. How have you continued to evolve and develop your skills since joining the company?

I continue to evolve and develop my skills thanks to the many training courses offered by SQORUS. These courses help me keep up to date with new technologies and methodologies, while deepening my knowledge of HRIS and consulting.

On top of that, I try to keep up with market trends and the evolution of HR solutions to anticipate customer needs.

I also take the initiative on certain subjects, which enables me to work independently. This approach enables me to constantly broaden my expertise and evolve in terms of skills.
