How can we turn the potential of artificial intelligence into concrete use cases for HR? That’s the question we set out to answer collectively at the SQORUS AI & HR Hacking Day, held on December 12, 2025 on our premises.

Today, one thing is clear: while AI tools are making rapid progress, HR practices are evolving more slowly. The main obstacle? The quality of HR data quality, identified as the main obstacle to value creation. After all, no high-performance AI is possible without a solid data foundation.

This edition brought together our customers and HR transformation experts around a common objective: to imagine, structure and prioritize realistic, activatable and value-creating AI use cases.

A day rich in exchanges, ideas and perspectives for the future of HR.

“I’m delighted with the 3rd SQORUS HR Hacking Day. This event aimed to create collective intelligence by bringing together our customers and our SQORUS consultants to identify HR use cases that could be addressed by AI.

We worked on real-life problems to envisage an initial actionable project roadmap. This day reinforced my conviction that secure AI, based on quality data, is the key to an HR function capable of automating without losing sight of the human.”

Hacking Day: the starting point

Artificial intelligence applied to human resources is no longer a prospective subject: it’s a reality that’s already transforming practices.

Automating administrative tasks, personalizing employee career paths, predictive talent analysis... The use cases are multiplying.

Many organizations are still struggling to take the plunge. Moving from theory to action remains a challenge.

It was against this backdrop that we launched the SQORUS Hacking Day AI & HR event. An immersive day to bring together our customers and experts to co-construct concrete solutions.

    Several key findings emerged:

    • Increasing regulatory requirements (GDPR, AI Act, salary transparency).
    • The multiplication of AI use cases in HR.
    • The critical role of data quality, identified as the main obstacle to value creation.

Successful HR AI cannot exist without a solid data foundation. This means rigorous governance, well-defined repositories and reliable information.

A collaborative approach inspired by Design Thinking

For this day, we adopted a collaborative approach inspired by Design Thinking.

The aim is to unleash creativity, encourage the sharing of experience and transform bold ideas into actionable use cases.

Through several ideation and prioritization workshops, participants were able to compare their visions, challenge their certainties and build a pragmatic roadmap together.

Four key themes emerged from the discussions:

    • Competency mapping: a clear, up-to-date picture of our employees’ know-how to better support their development, anticipate needs and strengthen their commitment.
    • HR data quality and governance: guaranteeing data reliability to support more accurate strategic decisions and lay the foundations for high-performance AI.
    • Automate administrative tasks: free up HR teams’ time by automating low-value-added processes, such as onboarding.
    • Augmented HR support: improve the employee experience with intelligent tools capable of answering recurring questions.

Director, HR Council & Digital Transformation

“In the same way that Data is a key issue in making HR a daily partner of Business, AI is becoming an unavoidable point for optimizing processes, personalizing the employee experience and increasing decisions. In this context, we are proud and grateful to have been able to work on these subjects with our customers and partners, who have been at the heart of our ability to innovate for over 35 years.”

Integrating AI into existing HRIS systems

The Hacking Day resulted in a clear, shared vision of AI priorities for HR functions.

A huge thank you to all the participants, and especially to our customers, who helped make this first edition a success. Your commitment, ideas and enthusiasm were the driving force behind the day.

Innovation cannot be decreed, it has to be built together. By bringing our customers and our experts together around the same table, we were able to compare realities in the field with technological possibilities. This alchemy enables us to transform ideas into concrete solutions, tailored to the needs of HR Departments.

This is the approach we’ve been taking at SQORUS for over 35 years: supporting the digital transformation of HR functions with pragmatism, by placing innovation at the service of your business challenges.
