THE CONTEXT
- Following a major internal reorganisation, the insurance accounting team found itself with new applications to manage, including the AIS part
- The field of intervention is quite varied since it goes from the run part, to projects related to the regulation or to internal reorganisation
- After recovering the AIS part, the client wishes to have a strong expertise to master the functional context, to be able to capitalize and become a strong actor of the projects around the insurance accounting
THE MISSION
- Study of the existing standard and specific parts (understanding of the context, detection and resolution of existing anomalies, proposal for improvements, capitalisation and implementation of documentation)
- Implementation of the Sentinel Web dashboard module in agile mode with the business, via JIRA (project leader)
- To be able to federate a business used to the V-cycle mode, to propose new rituals to exchange on the needs and deliver better and faster
