The main difference between an on-premise solution and a cloud solution is that the former is installed directly on the computers, through the company’s servers. As for the cloud solution, it is hosted on a provider’s server: access is via a simple Internet connection, which facilitates mobility.

SaaS allows a company to start quickly by using a one-time application at a lower cost.
