An economic context favorable to the digital transformation of African market players
In recent years, the African continent has experienced dynamism and real economic growth, driven by the explosion of digital technology, the emergence of a real middle class and major economic structuring (valuation of regional stock exchanges, ratification of the Free Trade Area – FTA). To face these rapid changes, public and private players in the African market (Banks, Insurance, Media, Technologies, Telecom…) need to be supported in the transformation of their information systems in order to gain in performance.
Conducted as an external implementation project, SQORUS analyzed the potential of different African economic zones to prioritize its actions. With a dynamic and socio-economic environment conducive to investment and the deployment of its activities, Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire are the first two countries chosen to cover French-speaking West Africa.
To position itself as a partner of local actors
SQORUS wishes to position itself as a true partner of local public and private players, offering them local and customized support thanks to a wide range of services (Consulting, Project Management, Implementation, BI & Analytics, Data Management, Continuous Improvement and Change Management).
In order to meet the demands of its French clients with subsidiaries in Africa, the 250 employees at the Paris headquarters can also intervene on projects deployed on the African continent, in addition to local resources.
2 African subsidiaries: the beginning of a great adventure
The opening of the Ivorian subsidiary in Abidjan and the Senegalese subsidiary in Dakar, marks the beginning of a new adventure for the SQORUS group on the African continent. The objective is to cover other dynamic markets of the continent (East Africa, Maghreb…) in the next 5 years.
