The first step was an in-depth audit phase. We analyzed existing processes, identified repetitive tasks and assessed technical dependencies between objects.

This analysis enabled us to identify not only the processes eligible for automation, but also the points of vigilance linked to security policies and IT governance. The objective was clear: automate intelligentlywithout introducing additional risks.

Rather than designing a tool from scratch, SQORUS chose to use the delivery sheets already in place as the single entry point for the automated system. This decision facilitated adoption and accelerated implementation.

Building the framework

The framework developed takes care of the entire migration process:

Automatic reading of delivery sheets
Identification and scheduling of objects to be migrated
Managing dependencies between components
Run deployments on the target environment
Generation of a complete post-migration report: objects deployed, anomalies detected, final state of environment
