To strengthen the services offered by its Finance Division, which supports its customers in the implementation of accounting and financial management tools, S&H announces the acquisition of NESSIUM CONSULTING, an ESN specialized in the implementation of ERP Finance.

An acquisition that confirms S&H’s desire to meet the challenges of the Finance functions
The acquisition of Nessium Consulting allows S&H to continue its development in the service of financial IT projects. Already present in the accompaniment of the FINANCE functions of large international groups through implementation projects and the evolution of their accounting or financial information systems, S&H completes its offer.
Indeed, the 40 employees of Nessium Consulting assist small and large companies in theimplementation of ERPs(PeopleSoft, NetSuite). This acquisition will enable S&H to meet the demands of current and future customers by offering consulting and implementation services for new accounting and financial management tools. It significantly strengthens S&H’s position in the accounting and financial information systems market built around PeopleSoft ERP and allows it to prepare its customers’ transition to cloud-based ERP solutions.
A new director for the Finance Division
With this acquisition, S&H now reaches the milestone of 200 employees serving the modernization of HR and Finance functions, including 70 employees in its Finance division. Lionel CHEMLA, President and Founder of Nessium Consulting, is appointed to head the Finance Division and joins the group’s management committee.
After studying Finance and Computer Science, Lionel Chemla quickly turned to consulting with an ERP publisher and then with an international consulting firm. He has 20 years of experience in the ERP world and in international organization and transformation projects. He co-founded and has been managing Nessium Consulting since 2007.
