The period we have lived through has disrupted our working habits and profoundly changed our daily professional lives, whatever our sector of activity and our trade.

To support the HR, Finance and IT functions in their transformation, S&H also wanted to re-invent itself.

ABOUT THE NAME

Why this name? What does it mean?

A new identity to meet the HR, Finance and IT transformation challenges of its clients

In the digital age, in a rapidly changing world, S&H needed to transform itself to meet the expectations of its clients and approach the consulting market from a new angle. By putting technology and talent back at the heart of its strategy, SQORUS responds to the new strategic challenges of its clients around the evolution of information systems, AI, Big Data and Analytics. SQORUS clearly announces its willingness to offer its clients ever more innovative solutions and ever more qualified consultants to modernise all their HR and financial processes.

The new name SQORUS includes the association of the word “score” with the English “us”. The verb “scorer”, which means to score a point, expresses our desire to help our clients achieve their results. The English pronoun “us” values the collaboration and team spirit dear to the company. The combination of these two terms gives rise to the term “chorus”, which refers to the image of a unanimous and perfectly tuned choir, thus reinforcing the perception of a united team at the service of the client.

When is the name change effective?

From 20 October 2021 for the communication part and from 1 November 2021 for the accounting part.

ABOUT OUR OFFERS

Are Sqorus' OFFERS different from S&H's?

The launch of strategy consulting offers around HR and Finance issues in early 2020 already heralded the beginning of this change. SQORUS’ 250 consultants continue to work with major accounts on strategic projects in the field of HR and Finance information systems: consultancy on development strategy, assistance with selection, integration, change management, but also, since 2021, on IT issues with offers in the fields of Business Intelligence, Data Management, Infrastructure, and web and mobile development.

Will Sqorus expand internationally? In the provinces?

With the ambition of doubling our turnover in 4 years, we have taken the strategic decision to establish ourselves on the African continent around 4 geographical poles. As of 2021, we have created a subsidiary in Abidjan, which is our first location. In the coming years, we will open more branches on the African continent. There are no plans to open a branch in the provinces. We continue to serve clients in the provinces from our headquarters in Paris.

ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATION

What does this mean for customers?

It is only a change of trade name. All company data, the RCS, the Kbis, our bank details, our address and telephone numbers remain unchanged. As of 1 November 2021, all administrative documents will be sent to you in the name of SQORUS. We thank you for updating your administrative and accounting tools by modifying our company name, as well as our contact email addresses (…@sqorus.com). Your administrative and commercial contacts remain unchanged and are at your disposal for any further information.

Do I have to change the email addresses of my contacts?

Yes, it is important to change the addresses of your contacts, although emails sent to S&H addresses will be forwarded automatically for some months.

Do I have to change my invoices?

As of 1 November 2021, all administrative documents will be sent to you in the name of SQORUS. We thank you for updating your administrative and accounting tools by modifying our company name, as well as our contact email addresses (…@sqorus.com). Your administrative and commercial contacts remain unchanged and are at your disposal for any further information.
