Collaboration to reconcile economic issues and societal impact

As part of its HRIS and ERP integration projects, SQORUS (formerly S&H) teams offer maintenance, support and lifecycle management services for HRIS and ERP solutions. In order to offer its customers end-to-end support – from level 1 (help desk) to level 3 (expert) – SQORUS has strengthened its support services with the help of a digital company with a social mission, Acces Inclusive Tech.

Acces Inclusive Tech enables the professional integration of people who are far from employment (young dropouts, workers with disabilities, seniors who have left the job market, migrants, etc.) by having them work on its client services. The company’s mission is to turn digital technology, usually a barrier to employment for the most disadvantaged people, into a factor of inclusion in the world of work.

A first contract with Engie and 7 unemployed people trained and integrated

Through this contract, SQORUS strongly reinforces its commitments to Engie in terms of coverage and level of services, secures the budget and allows for a significant reduction in service costs while allowing Access Inclusive Tech to organize the return to employment of 7 people. This number should increase if the outlook is confirmed. Thanks to Engie’s support and trust, SQORUS and Acces Inclusive were able to demonstrate the relevance and effectiveness of the collaborative model. Based on this first success, discussions have been initiated with other customers.
