For 30 years, SQORUS has placed innovation at the heart of all its customer projects. As a long-standing Oracle partner, SQORUS and its customer Club Med presented the “HomAIR” project at this year’s Oracle User Club Trophy, which rewards the most innovative projects using Oracle technologies.
They leave with the Trophy for Adaptation and Anticipation and, above all, the “Coup de Coeur” Trophy voted for by the public!
” This project is a program to migrate an internal application for air transport management to the cloud,” explains Joffrey Chu, IT Director at SQORUS, in charge of innovation.
The application was designed entirely with Oracle APEX technology by the SQORUS and Club Med teams.
This innovative transformation project benefited from Apex technology in the Oracle Cloud, a subject mastered by SQORUS technical teams, accustomed to IT projects involving cloud technologies. It has enabled us to optimize, harmonize and centralize 3 tools in 1, from invoicing Club Med customers’ transport purchases to data analysis and accounting.
In addition, business functions such as margin calculation, anomaly control and foreign exchange management are now optimized for in-house teams.
To conclude, the deployment and enrichment of local specificities around data such as the use of analytics and the creation of dashboard finished convincing the jury. Congratulations again to all the SQORUS and Club Med teams for the success of this project.
