For its first edition in France, Sqorus is one of the best places to work for women and is included in the Best Workplaces for Women 2020.

Best Workplaces for Women 2020: eligibility criteria

For the first time in France, Great Place To Work®unveils a list of the Best Workplaces for Women. Great Place To Work® defined the Best Workplaces for Women 2020 ranking by taking into account three aspects: the representation of women in the organization and in management positions, their perception in the Trust Index© and the practices implemented by the organization in terms of professional equality.

To be eligible for Best Workplaces for Women 2020, Sqorus had to meet the following 3 criteria:

  • be a winner of the Best Workplaces France 2020 award. We are there for the 6th consecutive year in 2020, in 17th place.
  • have at least 33% women in its workforce. They represent 42% of our workforce
  • have at least 33% female managers. They are 38% and 44% in the executive committee.

The actions implemented within Sqorus to answer the question “What are the reasons why you think your organization should be recognized as a great place to work for women? 17 companies selected from the 93 winners.

What HR and managerial actions has Sqorus taken to promote inclusion?


Sqorus is committed to creating a work environment where employees with children can better balance their work and family lives. These include: awareness-raising for managers, facilitated part-time work, parental and paternity leave arrangements with pre- and post-leave interviews, etc.

Sqorus has been a signatory to the PARENTAL CHARTER since 2017 and to the agreements on the right to disconnect and occasional telecommuting.

Training and career development

Sqorus is committed to providing equal treatment between men and women in terms of employment, career progression, remuneration and training. S&H has developed a recruitment charter that promotes a balance of candidates in its recruitment process.

Sqorus asserts a total equality of career development between men and women and encourages the access of women with a technical function to management positions (Project Manager…) (20% of promotions in 2019, of which 54% are women, and 40% of women in management positions).

To ensure equal compensation for men and women, S&H offers identical salaries to male and female candidates for positions of equal responsibility, with identical qualifications, levels of education, skills and experience.
