Positive Results for Helping Vulnerable Individuals Return to Work
Three years ago, SQORUS expanded its support services with the help of Acces Inclusive Tech, a digital company with a social mission.
As part of its HRIS and ERP integration projects, the SQORUS teams offer maintenance, support, and lifecycle management services for HRIS and ERP solutions.
To provide its client ENGIE with end-to-end support services, SQORUS partnered with the teams at Acces Inclusive Tech to handle first-level support.
Acces Inclusive Tech facilitates the professional integration of people who are far from the job market (young people who have dropped out of school, workers with disabilities, older adults who have left the workforce, migrants, etc.) by having them work on its client projects.
The company’s mission is to transform digital technology—which is usually a barrier to employment for the most disadvantaged individuals—into a factor that fosters inclusion in the workforce.

About Acces Inclusive Tech
Founded in October 2016 by the Ares Group, Acces Inclusive Tech is a digital company with a social mission that draws on the expertise of a team of 60 employees, about 40 of whom are working toward a return to the workforce.
Acces has developed a stepping-stone program largely inspired by the apprenticeship system to help marginalized groups—such as young people who have dropped out of school, workers with disabilities, older long-term unemployed individuals, migrants, and refugees—find employment.
Acces Inclusive Tech provides large companies with digital services covering software testing for complex projects such as SAP, user support, data quality, and back-office administrative tasks, and has thus demonstrated the effectiveness of its offerings and operations. Since 2016, the company has supported more than 150 employees, achieving an 80% placement rate in employment or training. Its major clients include Engie, AXA, the AIFE (which is part of the Ministry of Finance), EDF, Accenture, and SQORUS.
