With an international presence and tens of thousands of employees, our customer faced a major challenge: harmonizing and analyzing HR data from multiple HRIS systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, Cornerstone) to obtain a reliable global view of its workforce.

The challenge was to be able to carry out in-depth analyses on key themes such as compensation, performance, recruitment and training, in order to make strategic HR decisions and optimize talent management.

 

Why was this project so complex?

Implementing an HR Analytics solution in an international multi-HRIS group involves much more than choosing a visualization tool. First and foremost, it’s a data governance challenge: how can we ensure that data extracted from three different HRIS systems is consistent, comparable and reliable?

Then there’s the challenge of adoption: how do you get HR teams used to static Excel reporting to adopt dynamic dashboards?

Finally, it’s a security challenge: how do you share sensitive HR data on a global scale while complying with the GDPR and local regulations?
These three challenges are at the heart of what our teams solved for this customer.
