For its second edition in France, S&H is among the best Great Places to Work for women and is included in the Best Workplaces for Women 2021 list for the second consecutive year.

In 2020, Great Place To Work® defined the Best Workplaces for Women 2021 ranking by taking into account three aspects: the representation of women in the organization and in management positions, their perception in the Trust Index© and the practices implemented by the organization in terms of professional equality.

To be eligible for Best Workplaces for Women 2021, SQORUS had to meet the following criteria:

– be a winner of the Best Workplaces France 2021 award. We are there for the 7th consecutive year in 2021, in 13th place.

– have at least 33% women in its workforce. They represent 42% of our workforce

– have at least 33% female managers. They are 37 and 44.4% in the executive committee.

– To carry out actions in favor of equality between men and women.

Parenting

SQORUS is committed to creating a work environment where employee parents can better balance their work and family lives. These include: awareness-raising for managers, facilitated part-time work, parental and paternity leave arrangements with pre- and post-leave interviews, etc.

SQORUS has been a signatory to the PARENTAL CHARTER since 2017 and to agreements on the right to disconnect and occasional and regular telecommuting.

Training and career development

SQORUS has a Gender Equality Index of 83%. It is committed to providing equal treatment between men and women in terms of employment, career progression, compensation and training.

SQORUS affirms complete equality in career development between men and women and encourages women to take up management positions. In 2020, SQORUS had 18% promotions, 45% of which were women and 35% of which were women in management positions.

To ensure an equivalent level of remuneration between men and women, SQORUS offers identical salaries to male and female candidates; with identical qualifications, level of degree, skills and experience for positions of equivalent responsibility.

Finally, because the subject of equality between men and women remains a social issue. As a company, SQORUS can contribute to change things by raising awareness among young women and men about gender stereotypes and bias.

To do this, SQORUS intervenes in schools and associations in order to give a voice to women in Tech and to give birth to vocations. In 2020, two SQORUS consultants shared their professional experience with young people, one at the SIMPLON school, the other at the association Femme dans le Numérique.

Finally, on the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, all SQORUS employees were able to take part in a webinar on gender equality led by Ingrid BIANCHI, President of Diversity Source Manager.
