Implementation of a team support plan
Behind this distinction lies a real support plan for the teams, put in place to progress throughout the year. In 2021, here are some of the actions that have been put in place following the Great Place To Work® 2020 audit:
- Strengthening our management practices, particularly through management by example.
- Strengthening the meaning of work through the implementation of a feedback culture.
- Implementation of good practices to reduce the feeling of favouritism, particularly in the context of promotions and increases.
- Strengthening and adapting our Quality of Work Life and hybrid work environment policy.
The Recognition Programme
The Great Place To Work® Recognition Programme is the highest level of recognition for the quality of a company’s working environment. In France, 2 labels are awarded under the programme:

► The “Best Workplace” label at the publication of the Best Companies to Work For Awards, which recognises the best certified companies each year in March. We look forward to the results of this ranking to see where we stand in the ranking of companies with 50 to 250 employees.
