Growth and development levers based on the modernization of support functions
Operating in an active market – the digitization of HR, Finance and IT functions – all the Group’s businesses will continue to grow in 2021. Nevertheless, SQORUS intends to continue accelerating the transformations already initiated around AI, big data, analytics and all the innovation topics of the moment (Blockchain, RPA…). We will also be strengthening our offerings and teams in our cloud, data and DevOps activities.
“Our 20/24 plan is to double our sales and workforce. By 2024, we’re aiming for sales of €55 million in France,” announces Marc-Edouard BELLEST, Director of Operations at SQORUS.
Become an employer of choice attracting the best talent
To achieve its level of growth, SQORUS plans to double its workforce by 2024. A major recruitment drive to attract business and technical experts is planned over the coming months.
The growth of the workforce will be done while maintaining the values of solidarity, diversity and commitment dear to SQORUS, which constitute a real added value for the company and its customers.
Development ambitions on the African continent
SQORUS has made the African continent a strategic axis of development. After setting up a subsidiary in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, in 2021, SQORUS plans to open subsidiaries in Morocco and Kenya over the next 2 years. Each subsidiary will be a regional office to cover the western, northern and eastern parts of the African continent.
This growth strategy enables SQORUS to continue supporting its customers’ subsidiaries on the African continent, offering them the proximity they need with local operational teams while maintaining project execution capacity.
” Our clients have understood for several years that digitalization was an inevitable path and that it was a formidable performance lever for their activities. We are proud of our teams, who mobilized during the complicated period of 2020 to maintain the activity at a very correct level, but above all who kept in mind that our ambitions remained intact as regards the growth of our activities and international development “concludes Amadou NGOM, president of SQORUS.
