Simplify absence management

Absence management is particularly important in the context of human resources. Not only do you have to make sure that the legal frameworks are respected (number of days allocated, use, etc.), but also that the counters of all employees are up to date.

HRIS software will automate the distribution of the appropriate number of vacation days to each employee, according to their employment contract and the collective agreement in force, whether this involves main vacation days, the fifth week, rest days or RTT, seniority days or split days.
For international groups, the HRIS can be adapted to local constraints.
For HR teams, the time saved is considerable.

Simplifying leave management goes beyond the HR function. The HRIS management software will allow each employee to consult his or her own leave counters. The employee will thus know what his or her situation is at all times. Requests for leave are also simplified, as they are made by the employee him/herself. It is then automatically distributed in the approval circuit and the counters are then updated.

By centralizing leave management, managers will have complete dashboards at their fingertips. The management of schedules, replacements or on-call duty will be greatly simplified.

Automate interoperability

If automating leave management represents a significant time saving, the interoperability of tools is strategic. Transmitting employee leave data to other departments, such as payroll, will automate other processes and improve performance.

Automatically taking into account vacations when calculating payroll will represent real added value, especially as many payroll departments are now outsourced. The automatic transmission of data to a third party service in a secure manner will make absence management more fluid.

The same applies to sick leave, whether it is short or long term. The HRIS will automatically take into account any waiting days, whether or not they are covered by the employer, and the advance of daily allowances allocated by Social Security.
All this data can then be exchanged with the Assurance Maladie, supplementary insurers and the provident fund, to simplify the calculation of sums to be paid or withdrawn.
