5 innovative HR startups at #VivaTech 2023

VivaTech, the world’s leading technology and innovation show, is the place where creative minds and industry pioneers come together to shape the future. Human resources is no exception to this wave of innovation. In this article, we present 5 of these innovative HR startups.

vivatech-2023

I’ve been walking the halls of Viva Technology for 7 years now, or VivaTech for short, and I must admit I’m amazed at the power the event has acquired over the years. With 150,000 visitors, the show has even surpassed CES Las Vegas in 2023, and has opened up the field of possibilities even further by increasing its exhibition space.

Beyond the general hot topic of artificial intelligence (25% of startups taking part in VivaTech this year offer AI-related solutions, compared with 8% last year). I was naturally interested in solutions dedicated to the Future of Work, which is one of the show’s themes.

So, here’s a quick look at 5 innovative companies that intend to accelerate and even reinvent HR.
