The Project Governance Academy at SQORUS guides its employees towards excellence in project management

The Academy offers 3 stages of learning on project management methodology:

● Advanced training: communication in a project context, “soft skills”, foreign exchange
management
● Sharing: practical cases, knowledge sharing sessions, feedback, capitalization of
good practices, reflexes, methods and templates

Since the launch of the Academy, 65% of our employees have received at least one of these training sessions.
