In 2020, SQORUS created the Project Governance Academy, whose essence is to share, support and train its employees in project management.
Our Sqorusians benefit from project management expertise that enables them to adapt quickly to each customer project, whatever the HR, Finance or IT business.
This space, dedicated to Sqorusians, is a place for training and the exchange of best practices.
It allows us to pool our skills, our know-how, our good methods and practices, while enabling our employees to grow. Each participant comes with his or her own expertise in project management, whether they are PMP, PMI, Prince 2, ITIL or AGILE certified. This capitalization can then be passed on to each of our customers, helping them to secure their projects.

The Academy offers 3 learning stages on project management methodology
- Fundamentals: key project stages, tools, project players, classic challenges
- Advanced training: communication in a project context, soft skills, change
management - Sharing: case studies, knowledge-sharing sessions, feedback, capitalizing on
best practices, reflexes, methods and templates.
Since the launch of the Academy, 65% of our employees have attended at least one of these training sessions.
